What we will do in the first meeting

• Walk one project end to end — scope, evidence, both attestations, the cleared draw
• Open the audit pack you would hand a regulator, and let you pick it apart
• Show what is checked before a draw clears, and where those checks are enforced
• Answer what is not built yet, without being asked twice

What we will ask for, if it goes well

• A design session with the people who own your origination and servicing process, so Renny maps onto how you actually work
• Integration credentials for a sandbox, so we can prove the integration before anything touches a real loan
• An examiner rehearsal — you pick a closed project and ask us for the pack
